A timberjack log lifter can roll logs similar to a cant but it can also lift a log off the ground.  It’s one of the easiest and fastest ways to prop your log. Timberjacks also make cutting safer and prevent pinching, kickback, and dulling your blade on the ground.  Don’t forget to cut on the side with the handle to prevent the log from rolling towards you.
